Disk Space Requirement

Gigapixel 8 will require the following amount of free space:
Win: 20 GB
Mac: 14.5 GB

Find Your System Profile (Windows)

Minimum Requirements

Windows Operating System	10 or 11 (most updated version recommended)
CPU	Intel OR AMD, with AVX instructions, released after 2013
System Memory (RAM)	16GB
Graphics Card (NVIDIA)	NVIDIA GTX 980 Ti or higher, 6GB VRAM
Graphics Card (AMD)	AMD Radeon 570 or higher, 6GB VRAM
Graphics Card (Intel)	Intel UHD 600 Graphics or higher, 16GB system RAM

For large upscales, 24GB of system memory or more may be needed especially for Intel graphics cards.

The Recover and Redefine models have higher requirements to run on your device. 8GB VRAM is required to prevent processing errors. Please refer to our Recovery FAQs for more information.

Snapdragon Processors are not currently supported.

For NVIDIA graphics cards, installing the Studio driver (if available) is highly recommended.

You will need high speed internet in order to install Gigapixel AI to your computer. After Gigapixel AI is installed , the app will only need internet access for activation and updates.

System Profiles

A system profile is a set list of attributions or details about your computer’s operating system. The details can describe a range of specifications including the type of hardware your computer has, the graphics card installed, and how fast the processor runs.

For example, your system profile shows the timestamp of your last update for NVIDIA GPU drivers.

You can use these system profiles to help understand your computer’s abilities to handle our AI models’ performance and minimize any disruption in your workflow.
