Refund Policy

We want you to love your Topaz Labs experience. If you purchase a product and it’s not the right fit, no problem—let us know within 7 days, and we’ll provide a full refund.

Important Details

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind after the 7-day window.
  • We do not issue retroactive refunds for previous subscription months.
  • Annual-commitment subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded during the 12-month term without paying an additional fee.

  • Used cloud credits are generally non-refundable.
