Refund Policy
Individual/Standard (non-Pro) application license and upgrade purchases can be refunded within 30 days. Refunds are typically received within 5-7 business days.
Cloud credit orders and subscriptions are non-refundable.
Monthly app subscriptions are non-refundable.
All Topaz Labs transactions are in USD. Refunds will be processed for the exact amount you've paid in USD and cannot accommodate fluctuations in exchange rate.
