Refund Policy
Individual/Standard (non-Pro) application license and upgrade purchases can be refunded within 30 days. Refunds are typically received within 5-7 business days.
What is Non-Refundable:
- Cloud credit orders and subscriptions, including Render Plans and WebTools subscriptions, are non-refundable.
- Monthly app subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Pro licenses are non-refundable.
Additionally, more than 2 refunds for the same app within a calendar year is considered abuse of our refund policy and is not guaranteed. More than 4 total refunds for the same user on any orders will not be honored.
Please keep in mind that when deciding on your purchase, we offer free trials to evaluate the desktop apps, test compatibility, and preview the enhancements and functions. We also offer free troubleshooting, suggestions, image review, and assistance, detailed in the next section.
