Product and Pricing Section

  2. Quantity (if applicable) If you need to Change the amount, click on the Quantity box to edit. You’ll see arrows to increase or decrease. Then, press Enter or click outside of the box to save the change.

  5. Renewal Details (if applicable) Auto-renewals for app upgrades are optional. Take note that you can uncheck the box if you don't want to enroll in a subscription for future Upgrade Plans prior to purchase.
  6. Taxes (if applicable) Taxes are determined by location. If you qualify for tax-free purchasing, please email our support team with your tax exemption documentation

Currency

Our prices are in USD, and the prices you see on our site and at checkout are in USD.

Because of fluctuations in exchange rates, we cannot confirm prices in other currencies, and we do not know what, if any, banking fees you may incur. If you're unsure, you may want to check with your bank or cardholder first.

Either way, you will be able to purchase through one of the Payment options on our Checkout Page, and the payment will be converted on the bank end.

Discounts

Do you accept coupon codes?

We do not accept coupon codes. Any codes you may see or find online are not valid.

Site-wide sales

Site-wide sales do not need a code. Sale pricing will be displayed on our Topaz Labs Shop Page (https://topazlabs.com/shop), Topaz Labs Shop Page, and App Product Page while the sale is active.

Any ‘Buy’ button for the sale offer will automatically connect to the Checkout Page, where the discounted price is already available without any code, links, or further steps needed, as shown below:

Sale End Dates

Please keep the sale end date in mind. Once a sale has ended, we cannot extend sale prices, even if you are trialing an app. This does not lock in a sale price for an indefinite amount of time. You must purchase within the sale window.

If you receive a discount or store credit link, follow all instructions received with the link, as they can vary based on the type of purchase you’re making. For example, a product needs to be in the cart for the discount to be applied. Some links will automatically add an item, while others will not.

If you are already logged in, you should see your email filled in. If not, enter the email you want to use for the account. New order details will also be sent here, including instructions on how to set your password if you haven’t created an account yet.

Please note that a Company name can be added with the + option below the last name field:

VAT

Certain territories will open a Value Added Tax, VAT, field. This is an optional field and needs to remain blank if you do not have a valid VAT.

If you have a different Tax ID, this will not be accepted. If you need your Tax ID added to your invoice, please email our support team.
