If you are already logged in, you should see your email filled in. If not, enter the email you want to use for the account. New order details will also be sent here, including instructions on how to set your password if you haven’t created an account yet.

VAT

Certain territories will display a Value Added Tax (VAT) field at checkout. This is an optional field and should remain blank if you do not have a valid VAT number. At this time, we accept EU and UK VAT numbers.

UK Customers: As of July 2026, Topaz Labs is required to collect VAT at the standard rate of 20% on all UK subscriptions, in compliance with UK tax regulations. VAT will be applied at checkout and on subscription renewals. Invoices for UK customers will reflect the VAT amount in GBP (sterling), as required by HMRC under VAT Notice 700/21. The remainder of your invoice will remain in USD.
