Move Apps to a New Computer
You can access all of your installers from your “My Products" page, and download directly to the new computer. We do not recommend using a transferring tool.
Once installed, be sure to 'Activate,' so the new computer will be recognized.
Your apps will run in trial mode even if you are logged into your account online. You must also log into the apps themselves to connect to your activation and ownership.
You can install your Topaz Labs apps on as many computers as you'd like, but you can only log in on the same number of computers as the number of seats you own.

Seat Manager for Photo AI
For Photo AI, if you have reached your max amount of seats, then you will see the seat manager window open.
Click on any box that shows a current computer registered and you can log out, even if it's from a different system. This will allow you to switch your registration to a new one.

Our support team does not have access to the list of registered computers for your account and aren't able to remove previous registrations. This step can only be done in the user's Photo AI app.
