As long as Photoshop is installed on your system first, the Topaz Gigapixel AI plugin will automatically be installed when you download the application locally to your computer.
The Gigapixel installer can be run additional times as a troubleshooting measure if the menu is not appearing in Photoshop as described below.

Why isn't Topaz Gigapixel AI a Filter?
The Filter Plugins in Photoshop do not allow upscaling and cropping which are main components of the Gigapixel application.

How to open the plugin:
File > Automate > Topaz Gigapixel AI
The maximum image size produced by the plugin is 30,000 pixels on the longest side.
