Managing Auto-Renewals for License Upgrades
Enabling auto-renewals for your upgrade license ensures you can always access the latest releases at the lowest prices!
In this article, you will learn what auto-renewal is, how to enroll in auto-renewal, and how to manage your renewal.
What is Auto-Renewal?
Instead of purchasing a new upgrade license each year, you can enroll in auto-renewal, allowing you to lock in your annual upgrades at a lower price than manual renewals. The best part is that you no longer have to keep track of when your upgrade license expires—you will always have access to the latest version of your owned apps.
Enrolling in Auto-Renewal
Enrolling in auto-renewal is a breeze! You can sign up when you first purchase a new app or enroll at any time using the pricing page if your license is active or the “My Products" page if your license has expired.
Active Upgrade License
To opt-in, make sure you are signed into your Topaz Labs Account. You can only enroll one app at a time. If you own all three of our focus apps ( Video AI, Photo AI, and Gigapixel), you must place separate orders.
- Go to our pricing page.
- Scroll down to the upgrade and select "Buy" (start with Photo AI, for example)
- That will add the auto-renew to your cart, and you should ensure "auto-upgrades" are selected.
- Then, enter your payment information. You should see that the Total due now is $0.00
- Repeat for any additional apps.
Expired Upgrade License
To opt-in, make sure you are signed into your Topaz Labs Account. You will need to do it in two separate orders, as multiple auto-renew items cannot be checked out in one cart.
1. Go to your “My Products"page.
2. Select "renew your seats" for Photo AI and "renew upgrades" for Gigapixel and Video AI
3. That will add them to your cart, and you will want to ensure "auto-upgrades" are selected for this offer.
4. Then, enter your payment information.
Managing your Renewal
Managing your renewal is a breeze with our self-service menu on the Subscriptions page.
You can change the payment type, view your timelines, or cancel your auto-renewal anytime.
Updating or removing your payment method
To update your auto-renewal payment information, go to the “payment methods” tab.
Cancelling your renewal
You can cancel your auto-renewal anytime by visiting the Subscriptions page.
To cancel, click 'view' and press 'cancel.'
