Getting Started with Topaz Image Web

You can access Topaz Image Web at https://app.topazlabs.com/ in your browser. You do not need an account to explore, but you will be prompted to log in when you try to process an asset.

The Home Screen

When you open Topaz Image Web, you will see:

  • Workflow bar — select how you want your images processed.
  • Upload button — upload new files from your computer.
  • Select Asset button — choose from files already in your My Files library.
  • Recents in the left sidebar — quickly access your recent jobs.
  • My Files in the left sidebar — manage all your processed assets.

What are Workflows?

Workflows are task-based presets that combine the right models and settings for a specific enhancement goal. Select the workflow that matches what you want to achieve and Topaz Image Web handles the rest. Some workflows give you manual controls to fine-tune your result, while others are fully automatic and require no adjustment at all.

For a full breakdown of every available workflow, visit the Image Workflows guide.

Processing Images

1. Select a Workflow

Along the top of the upload area, select the workflow you want to apply. Available workflows include Autopilot, Creative Upscale, Relight Image, Standard Upscaler, Photo Restoration, Sharpen, and more. Click More to see all available workflows.

2. Upload Your Images

Click Upload to select images from your computer, or click Select Asset to use a file already in your My Files library. You can upload multiple images at once for batch processing.

Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, WEBP, TIF, and HEIC. Note: WEBP, TIF, and HEIC files are converted and exported as PNG.)

3. Adjust Settings & Process Your Images

Each workflow has its own settings that appear in the processing panel. Settings vary depending on the workflow selected. Once you select your settings, click or hit Command + Enter to start processing. Your browser needs to stay open during the upload, but once processing begins, you are free to close it. You can go ahead and create another batch while you wait.

Reviewing & Downloading Your Results

Once an asset has finished processing you can immediately begin reviewing it without waiting for the rest of your batch to complete.

Comparing Results

The main panel offers three ways to compare your original and enhanced asset:

  • Slider — Drag the divider across the image to reveal the before and after side by side.
  • Side by Side — View the original and enhanced result in two separate panels at the same time.
  • Enhanced Only — View just the processed result on its own.

Use the filmstrip on the right to jump between assets in your batch. Or use the My Files page to see all your source and enhanced images.

Downloading

At the bottom of the results view, click Download to save the current asset or Download all to save the entire batch at once. You can also go to My Files in the left sidebar, select one or multiple assets, and click Download from there.

Deleting

In My Files, select one or multiple assets and click Delete to remove files you no longer need.

Previous Batches

All previous batches are saved in the Recents sidebar. You can rename any batch directly from the sidebar to keep your work organized.

Comparing Across Workflows

Open any source asset in My Files to see every workflow it has been run through and compare results side by side.
