Windows System Profile

You will need your PC system profile, DxDiag.txt, to use PC Check, and may need it when reaching out to support.

Get Your DxDiag.txt

1. Press Windows + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog.
2. Type dxdiag and press Enter.
3. In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, wait for the progress bar to complete.
4. Click the Save All Information button at the bottom.
5. Choose a location to save the DxDiag.txt file and click Save.
