Legacy Plugin Functionality (Photoshop / Lightroom / Adobe Hosts)
Changes to Adobe software have introduced compatibility issues because these plugins are discontinued and no longer receive updates; we are unable to troubleshoot or resolve plugin-related issues.
What This Means
Legacy Topaz applications and plugins are no longer actively maintained or updated. This includes Sharpen AI, DeNoise AI, Mask AI, Topaz Studio, and other discontinued products.
Because these products no longer receive compatibility updates, they may not function correctly with newer operating systems, graphics drivers, or Adobe application versions.
As software platforms continue to evolve, legacy applications may fail to launch, fail to load as plugins, or stop working as expected.
This is not caused by user configuration, system setup, or installation errors. It is an expected result of using software that has reached the end of its supported lifecycle.
At this time, no fixes or workarounds are available to restore full compatibility for discontinued Topaz applications or plugins in modern environments.
Available Options
