Compatibility Expectations

Classic Studio and legacy plugins are unlikely to be compatible with newer computers, operating systems, or updated host applications (such as Adobe products).

Because these applications no longer receive updates:

• Compatibility with new macOS and Windows versions cannot be guaranteed
• Functionality may degrade or fail over time as systems continue to advance

Troubleshooting options for these products are extremely limited.

Accessing Legacy Installers

You can still access installers for classic products through the Topaz Labs Legacy Product Page.

Please note:

• These installers are provided for reference only
• Continued functionality is not guaranteed on modern systems

Limited Troubleshooting Available

For Classic Studio and legacy plugins, troubleshooting is limited to the following best-effort steps only:

• Uninstalling the application
• Deleting preference (plist) files
• Reinstalling from the Legacy Products page

No additional troubleshooting is available beyond these steps.
