Download & Install
Download the installer and install the latest version of Topaz Photo AI.

To Install:
- Download the Topaz Photo AI installer.
- Open the installer file and follow the prompts in the installation wizard.
- If you have a conflict installing the app, please see the installation troubleshooting steps below.
If you don't own the newest version of Topaz Photo AI, download the latest version you own from your My Products page in your Topaz Labs account.
Installation Troubleshooting
Installer does not run
Indicates an incomplete or corrupted installer. Get a new installer from the downloads page and run it:
Internet connectivity error
Disable any antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These may block the installer from downloading needed files.
Installer logs
If the above steps do not fix the issue, get the installer log for Topaz Photo AI.
- Delete all Photo AI installers from your Downloads folder.
- Download the latest Topaz Photo AI installer from the downloads page: https://topazlabs.com/downloads/ (https://topazlabs.com/downloads/)
- Make sure the installer is in your Downloads folder and has the filename: TopazPhotoAI.msi
- Open Command Prompt from your Start menu. You can type in Command Prompt in Search and open it.
- Copy and paste "cd downloads" (without the quotes) into the Command Prompt and hit Enter.
- Copy and paste "msiexec /i TopazPhotoAI.msi /l*v logfile.txt" (without the quotes) into the Command Prompt and hit Enter.
- The installer should open up. Run it as usual.
- Email the logfile.txt created in your Downloads folder during the installation to help@topazlabs.com.
Installer does not run
Indicates an incomplete or corrupted installer. Get a new installer from the downloads page:

Installation failed
To fix this open MacOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access, enable full disk access for Installer.
Then, go to Privacy & Security > Files and Folders, enable the Downloads folder for Installer.

If the above steps do not fix the issue, get the installer log for Topaz Photo AI.
Run the installer again. Once the installation finishes or fails, do not close the installer window and follow the steps below to send me the installer logs.
- While the installer window is open, click the following menu on the top of your screen, Window > Installer Log.
- Click the dropdown menu on the top bar and select "Show All Logs". Save the file.
- Email the file to help@topazlabs.com.
